ENTREPRENEURIAL EXCELLENCE AWARDS

The annual GEA Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards celebrate alumni companies in a variety of categories, providing the community an opportunity to recognize the contributions of its alumni who embody the spirit of ‘people for others’ and exemplify a passion for innovation and creativity.

MENTORSHIP — EXPERTS ON CALL

In an effort to continue to build upon our Hoyapreneur community, the Experts on Call program was established to recruit and highlight entrepreneurship-focused alumni mentors who are available to share advice, experience, resources, and networking opportunities as you navigate your entrepreneurial journey.

ALUMNI PITCH COMPETITION

The annual GEA Alumni Pitch Competition provides a platform to showcase Hoya-founded ventures, allowing Georgetown alumni to pitch their company to a panel of judges in front of a live audience of fellow alumni, investors, and Georgetown community members. The prize is a pooled investment sponsored by angel investors who are members of the Georgetown Angel Investor Network (GAIN).

COMMUNITY

The GEA Group on Hoya Gateway is the online community for Georgetown entrepreneurs. We invite all Hoyapreneurs to use this platform as an opportunity to connect and reconnect with fellow entrepreneurs for networking, resource sharing, and community building.
