Meet Doug Grant (MBA’16), the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlantic Fish Co. Doug is working to revolutionize how we eat by using cellular agriculture to make the world’s most sustainable cultivated seafood.
Kimberly “Kim” Quigley, MD graduated from Georgetown’s School of Languages and Linguistics (now College of Arts & Sciences) in 1996. Combining her 20+ years of experience in mental health care and athletics, as well as drawing inspiration from the Jesuit tradition she gained from Georgetown, Kim decided to found her own company called Onrise Care.
Meet Melissa Lush (MBA'98), co-founder of Force of Nature, began her career in product development and brand management at P&G. After giving birth to her son, Melissa realized how many harmful chemicals are in the products we use everyday to clean our homes. This inspired her to start Force of Nature, which removes the toxic fumes and single-use plastics from cleaning.
For more than 20 years, S. Lovey Parker (SCS’23), Founder & CEO of EVOLVED homes®, has been an innovator and a community-builder - producing elevated luxury experiences within the hospitality space. As a CEO and Founder, S. Lovey shares some insight into her journey to and through entrepreneurship as well as her aspirations for future of EVOLVED and investment in the hospitality industry.
Sam Bernstein (C’18) began his career in finance working at a hedge fund, before discovering his passion for education during the pandemic. Eric Menna (SFS’18) was inspired through a case he was working on as a consultant with a local school district. Close friends since freshman year, they came together after three years to create Loper in pursuit of providing more innovative and accessible support for high school students in pursuit of postsecondary education.

We now have 25 corporately owned shacks across the US, the largest and highest quality lobster processing company in the US, and 6 licensed shacks in Japan. We plan to continue to grow domestically at a rate of 6-8 new shacks a year and to expand our international license business into new markets.
