Dan Cimaglia (B’20)

CHIEF OF STAFF, HEADWAY

Dan Cimaglia currently serves as a Chief of Staff at Headway, the nation’s largest network of therapists and psychiatrists who actively take insurance through their technology platform. After making a career pivot away from trading at J.P. Morgan, Dan joined Headway in 2020 as employee number 20 (now 600). In his first role, Dan helped scale Headway’s provider sales function, growing Headway’s provider network from 800 to now over 35,000 clinicians. In 2021, Dan moved to the payer partnerships team, supporting Headway’s relationships with health plans. In 2023, Dan moved into his current role as Chief of Staff to the CCO, responsible for Headway’s commercial operations and strategy.

Dan graduated from Georgetown University with a BBA in Finance from the McDonough School of Business and a minor in Psychology. At Georgetown, Dan was on the Board of the Georgetown University Alumni and Student Federal Credit Union. In his free time, Dan enjoys learning Italian, exploring his current home base of New York, and hiking.
