Devon George is the founder of DMV Capital, a multi-strategy investment and consulting firm primarily focusing on early-stage ventures and public equities. He graduated from Georgetown University in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management.
His professional journey includes significant roles as an operational and strategic executive in various small businesses, where he implemented growth strategies and devised successful exit paths. As an early employee in several growth businesses, Devon has a rich history of guiding companies towards profitable exits.
He played a crucial role in an e-commerce startup in the pet sector, where he spearheaded operations, digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, platform development, technology, and fulfillment. Additionally, at a digital agency that developed mobile, SaaS, IoT, and multi-channel products, Devon led operations, finance, and the HR and SaaS teams.
Devon serves on the board of several private companies. He is also a board member of Stoked Mentoring, a non-profit organization that utilizes action sports to mentor underprivileged inner-city youth, and the Georgetown Angel Investor Network (GAIN).
